My final outcome
This is my final outcome which is a poster, i chose this photo out of my final edited images because i think it gets my point across the clearest as apposed to using all of my final edited images as a fine art final piece.
I wanted to get the dark shadow across the bottom of this image to give a sense of the politicians presence, i also didn't want the background of the photo to be white, this symbolizes the fact that this is not a nice clean neat subject. this poster is mainly aimed at politicians and the people that support them.
I think that making a poster also makes my message clearer as without the text it could be an interpretive image which people could interpret differently where as using the image as a poster with the text the context has been changed and it is a more explanatory piece with mostly the same meaning to everyone.
The colors in this poster are all colors that are associated with the war, therefore making it instantly recognizable to a wider variety of people without even having to know what the point of the poster really is. i thought this was a good idea as, looking around as i walked i saw that the posters in the shop windows all had a color theme so that people could understand them without even needing to read them
